I arrived just before closing time on a Saturday with four boxes to send overseas for my mother's birthday and I was already late in sending them. Instead of turning me away, Mr Hussein and Naeem put in the extra effort to get them sent in time to arrive for her birthday, as well as giving me tips on posting to make it easier and faster in the future. I appreciate their effort and recommend their customer service.

Terribly slow customer service. The staff move with absolutely no urgency and don't seem to care about the long queues at all. Frustrating experience.
