⭐️ Very disappointing experience
Unfortunately, my experience at this post office was extremely disappointing. I found the staff to be rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful in the way I was treated. I also felt that I was treated differently because of my race, which made the experience particularly upsetting and uncomfortable.
Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy, fairness, and professionalism regardless of their background. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the way customers are treated at this location.
I wish, i knew that particular lady’s name to mention here.

I understand there are rules and the post office is doing their job by asking for ID. However, it felt as though the staff enjoyed telling me I would need to come back when I could not present ID. A little more understanding would have been appreciated.

Awful opening hours. Never open. How can someone who works full time actually use this post office. Opens late and closes early.

Excellent customer service at Camberwell Green Post Office. The staff are always polite, professional, and willing to help. The two ladies working there are especially wonderful—friendly, patient, and very helpful with every query. They always make the process smooth and stress-free. Thank you for your excellent service. Highly recommended!
