I went on Sunday to post a parcel late afternoon and was told that the person had gone for lunch and would be back in half an hour. I asked if I could just drop a parcel and was told that they did not collect for that particular company. I noticed that they closed in 50min so I asked whether he was sure the employee would be back in 30 min at which point he told me he might be one hour. Who goes for lunch at 3:40pm?! He said that they get lunch whenever they please! Which meant that I would have waited one hour for no reason as by that time he would have told me they were now closed!
Terrible communication and service. They clearly have no rules and do not care about customer service. Someone, for starters should teach them lunch hours! Avoid if you can.

Absolutely dreadful service from the staff . I had a few items that I was returning to Amazon and I had the correct QR code, the guy didn't have a clue how to use the scanner while had the nerve to say that the code didn't work (which it did), he also took wrong item to be returned. Avold this terrible" Post office". The staff especially the woman was very patonise and rude.
