- LLLemonadey6 days ago2.0I try and avoid having to use the postal counter here and am glad to see recommendations to go up the road to Crofton Park instead. There's only one window so queues can build up. I've always been served by the same man, who is unhelpful and seems not to enjoy his job or contact with the public and sometimes tells customers off about late collections, even if they are within the allowed time. Understand the pressure of work but just a little more courtesy would go a long way.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
