  I took my package to post to the new Brewery Road branch with the correct amount for 2nd class using a mixture of British Commemorative stamps that I have collected over the years but now decided to use for postage. The young person serving questioned the authenticity of the stamps but I said they were issued twenty five years ago but are still perfectly valid to use . I think they were issued before she was born .

  I went in there today and I found the man who served me very patronising. He talked to me like I was a child. How do I make a complaint regarding the treatment I recieved?

  Everytime I go in to post a parcel, I always feel welcomed and the staff are so friendly! There's never a long queue and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
