- MJMarion JosephJul 27, 20261.0The staff behind the counter there are really unpleasant. There is a cheerful and helpful man at the first counter at the entrance of the shop but sadly he cannot deal with everything so at some point you have to deal with the monsters at the back.

Even though I was polite the entire interaction, for no reason at all, she was not, Customer service skills were poor and I would not use this post office again.
- CCC CJul 10, 20263.0Open from 7am - why? Post Office doesn't open until 9am!? So it's a sweet shop 7-9am? Pointless and should mention this on the opening times to save hassle. Otherwise it's a good post office, does the job. All the reviews about the rude woman are hilarious - she's not your friend and the unnecessary abuse I've seen these guys get from people over many many years will harden them to the point where they're just guarded and stone faced with everyone.

*A cheque deposit envelope for your bank (these are available from your own bank or the majority are stocked in Post Office branches)

Simply hand over your sealed cheque deposit envelope to the Post Office who will provide you with a receipt for your cheque deposit envelope.
Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
