I printed all the required paperwork and bring them with me to the post office, and specifically asked the Post Office staff which labels needed to be attached. I was told the AWB label did not need to go on the box. A week later, the parcel was returned to me without any notification, with a handwritten note saying “missing AWB label.” This was the exact label I had been advised not to attach. Extremely unprofessional and caused serious disruption.
