Very poor experience. I handed over two parcels at the counter, but one was never scanned into the delivery network, which has caused a serious issue. When I returned to ask for help, I was told nothing could be checked without the receipt, and that only police could access CCTV. No practical support, no accountability, and I would not feel confident using this branch again for tracked parcels.

Used to be a solid local post office run by a friendly couple, but it's gone downhill since they left. The place is disorganised and the service has tanked.
Went in this morning to collect a parcel. The person at the counter left me just after he asked what I wanted - to put signs and queue barriers outside (which should've been done before opening). When he came back, I explained I was collecting a parcel. He immediately repeatedly asked me for a QR code - which DPD hadn't provided - then took a phone call while I was trying to find the tracking number he asked for instead.
I only had a parcel number, so tried to give it to him, but he couldn't log it properly because he was still on the call. Lost my patience at that point and told him to finish the call and pointed out he'd already left me to finish setting up his shop.
He eventually found my package using the photo DPD had emailed me - which I'd shown him at the start!
Customer service doesn't need to be that painful an experience - very frustrating. This place needs better management sorry to say.

Shockingly poor service. The staff behind the counter seem completely untrained and utterly clueless when it comes to handling even the most basic financial tasks. What should have been a simple, routine transaction turned into a complete mess due to their incompetence.
Instead of resolving anything, they created more problems, leaving me to waste my own time dealing with my bank to fix errors that never should have happened in the first place. It’s unacceptable that a place offering financial services operates at such a low standard.
Avoid this branch entirely if you value your time, money, and sanity.

Really bad customer service, staff never seem to have a smile or say hello. Unbothered outlook to work.
