During my visit, one of the staff members took the handset from her colleague to serve another customer because she was impatient. As a result, my parcel was mixed up, and she was unable to confirm what had been scanned and what had not. They rarely complete tasks properly, do not seem to listen to customers, and simply claim that they have done their job. Because they mixed up our parcel, they are now telling us that we need to contact the company ourselves to request a refund, even though the mistake was made by their staff.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
