- TETara EJan 12, 20261.0I’ve been a loyal customer of this post office for over a year, visiting three times a week for my business shipments. Previously, I had the pleasure of working with an older couple who were warm, friendly, and professional, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, the new staff members have been a disappointment. While the woman at the counter has been generally cold and unwelcoming often, today’s experience took a turn for the worse. When I kindly requested that she place the label neatly on my luxury brand envelope, she responded with a negative attitude and a dismissive expression. This made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. It’s disappointing to see such a decline in service. I hope management takes note and brings back the warm, professional atmosphere that made this post office a pleasure to visit.
