- IHImran HussainJul 23, 20261.0Unbelievably rude and unacceptable service! I had a deeply distressing and embarrassing experience at this post office. I simply asked why they were refusing to accept Scottish banknotes, and instead of giving a polite explanation, the staff member was extremely rude and outright refused to serve me, telling me to "go somewhere else." It is completely unacceptable that the Post Office allows this kind of treatment toward local residents. I have officially reported this shop to the Police, Southwark Council, Trading Standards, and Post Office head office. Let’s see how they handle this situation. Absolutely terrible customer service—avoid this place!

It would be nice if you actually appreciated customers. It's not your customers' problem that you can't organise yourself.

I’m telling him that I’m doing my best. He starts to talk about me in his own languages to his colleague, I understand it. I highlight it’s rude to speak in your own language with a shop full of customers. He says he can speak in his language whenever he wants and is not talking about me. I’m done with the parcels in 5 minutes.
