  Worst company ever, definetly not customer focused. I required a extension for my washing which they couldnt supply i rejected delivery. Spoke to ayuub from the call centre who was aggressive and rude. I asked which extension they required so i could purchase which he told me was for the drain pipe, incorrect it was actually for the supply hose. On the day of delivery they were two hours late and again totally incompetent operatives worst experience ive ever had dealing with a delivery and services company. Will make sure to never use this company again, i recommend LG to cancel thier contract with them
