- GMGREWAL DIGITAL MEDIA2 days ago1.0Very poor service. I gave my parcel to a staff member black guy at this branch and it was later lost. When I asked for help and CCTV check, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously and I was refused proper assistance. It seemed very unprofessional and suspicious handling of parcels. They are doing suspicious activity in the post office.

There is one particular member of staff who has served me on multiple occasions, and she has consistently been rude, dismissive and unprofessional. Every visit leaves me feeling unwelcome, and unfortunately the customer service has not improved. About a month ago, I had a particularly upsetting experience at this branch. I won’t go into the details here, but I was left feeling extremely humiliated and embarrassed by the way I was treated. The experience affected me enough that I submitted a formal complaint to the Post Office Customer Services team. Thankfully, I now use other Post Office instead whenever I can. The staff there have always been polite, respectful and professional, and the difference in customer service is clear. I sincerely hope management takes customer feedback seriously and improves the standard of service at this branch. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected when using a basic service.
