The negative reviews reflect my experience. The service is consistently poor, with staff often rude, abrupt, and sometimes aggressive. They also appear unsure of procedures, causing delays and confusion. I would take the positive reviews with a pinch of salt. I recommend using a different nearby Post Office if possible.
Overall, customer service at this branch falls well below acceptable standards and has not improved despite ongoing issues.

There were two staff. Usually it is just one person. Both look like they do not want to be there and perform at the slowest pace. For simple transactions, it takes an age. No apologies for the wait. They don’t care and one in particular is extremely rude and makes mistakes which subsequently takes even longer to sort out. On asking about the queues they have said their bosses don’t care so there is nothing they can do. One of them treats people unprofessionally and knows she can get away with it. Some big training needs at this post office!

Since the new management took over, the service has noticeably declined. They no longer accept DPD or Evri parcels larger than A4 size, which is very inconvenient.
I've also found staff reluctant when asked to cover or remove sender details on parcels for privacy. Every transaction is manually logged in a book, despite everything already being recorded on the computer system, which seems unnecessary and contributes to long queues. There is often only one member of staff serving customers while also handling passport services, leading to lengthy waiting times.
Overall, the service feels outdated and inefficient. I hope management will be open to customer feedback and consider making improvements to provide a quicker and more convenient experience.

I received an official notification from DPD stating that my parcel was ready to collect at this location. After waiting in a queue for 20 minutes, the two staff members claimed my package wasn’t there and told me to return tomorrow.Knowing this was incorrect, I called DPD customer service while still at the counter. DPD confirmed they had photographic proof of delivery to this specific shop. Despite this, the staff continued to deny having it and even tried to claim DPD must have left it somewhere else.Only after being firmly confronted with the photo proof did one of the staff members finally look under the table and pull my box straight out. They had it the entire time.To make matters worse, the staff regularly mumble and speak in their own language right in front of customers, which is incredibly rude, exclusionary, and unprofessional. This is not the first time I have had issues here; these employees consistently mess around and mishandle collections. It is completely unacceptable that there is zero management oversight or accountability for this level of service. Avoid using this location for your deliveries if you can.
