  Yesterday I went there and looked for a gift bag where I also bought a small juice and a one-liter still water. When I looked at the cash register screen, it showed me the gift bag was £1.99, the small juice was £0.99, and the water was £1.98. All together it was £4.96, maybe even £5. I didn't get the receipt. Today when I woke up, I looked at my bank account and scrolled through it. I saw that I had been charged £7.25, when I realized that I had been robbed of £2.29. I am very disappointed.

  On Google and on the shop door say it opens at 9:00am Saturday and Sunday. I arrived to the shop at 9:15 and the it was closed. The shop was still closed when I walked past at 9:45! Can the opening hours be updated to reflect accurate opening times?!!!!

  The shop is very clean and tidy and very cheap price then asda, tesco. Every thing is organised properly. The staff is very helpfull.

  Im so glad hounslow post office is back before I always have to go to Whitton and I was always scared of that staff who is always shouting and impatient

  I had a really positive experience at the Post Office in Hounslow. The customer service was genuinely excellent. The staff were polite, patient, and very helpful throughout my visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you come across such friendly and professional service these days, so it really stood out. I’d definitely recommend this branch to anyone looking for reliable and courteous service.
