I was there at 09:30 on a Saturday around mid-November 2023 and the WHSmith employee advised that the Post Office employee will open at 10am despite the official opening hours stating 9am. This is extremely unreliable, especially because this Post Office is at an airport and customers are likely to use it to collect or post items before their flight. Fortunately I had time to wait and the Post Office employee was polite, thus 2 stars.
