- CCcandyagainMay 19, 20261.0I posted an item through this post office and after handing over the parcel, it completely disappeared with no proper explanation. Looking at the number of similar reviews here, I am clearly not the only person this has happened to. Royal Mail seemed more willing to pay compensation than properly investigate what happened to the parcel. That alone says a lot. A missing parcel should trigger a serious investigation, especially when multiple customers report similar experiences from the same branch. The staff, a man and woman working there, were also extremely rude and unprofessional. Their attitude towards customers was dismissive from the beginning. When trying to contact the branch by phone, calls were repeatedly cut off or forcefully hung up without any attempt to help. Very disrespectful behaviour. Communication was difficult, customer service was poor, and overall the experience felt deeply untrustworthy. I would strongly advise people to avoid posting any items from this branch at all, because your parcel would just be end up lost.
