I had a very disappointing experience at this post office. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of being polite and helpful, they spoke to me with a poor attitude and made me feel unwelcome. Customer service should be respectful, especially in a public service. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope the management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training, because no customer should be treated this way.
