We waited a very long time, then at Counter 4 the lady was extremely rude and disrespectful — she has no idea how to speak to people properly. She spoke loudly and aggressively to almost every customer, and when I asked her to calm down and why she was being so angry, it didn’t help at all. It’s clear the branch is understaffed and under pressure, but that’s no excuse for taking it out on customers and treating everyone with such total disrespect. Completely shocking behaviour from a Post Office employee.
