I even saw the collection person come to collect letters, but the lady behind the counter neither informed me properly nor allowed me to post it in time. She was also pushing first-class stamps and came across as rude during the interaction. Overall, very poor customer service and not a pleasant experience at all.

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
