Visited 5:27pm Wednesday 18th June. I want to write a negative review for this Post Office. I’ve visited on a few occasions and this will be my LAST. I posted a parcel today and before that I was waiting behind a man who was conversing with the man behind the till, who was just stood there talking in his home language whilst the queue built up. There was no awareness of customers waiting. I finally got served and there was no “hi”, no “hello” and no words exchanged at all. The other person I was with was returning a parcel at the other till near the sweets and cards. While I was waiting next to him, the ladies at the till were also conversing in their mother tongue together. One of them kept looking at me in a strange way, then came from around the till to grab a piece of cardboard and started fanning herself while watching me, like I wanted to steal the chocolate???! When I left and got in my car, the same lady was stood outside the front of the shop looking left and right with her arms crossed. I want to make a complaint to HR. Every time I come into this shop this same lady is extremely rude. She never smiles or speaks. I’ve never heard her speak before, ever. Who can I complain to? I’m extremely disappointed.

I went there two times for returned my parcel They run a post office and they didn’t provide such a small thing like tape or glue gum They don’t have a proper printer to print it out the sticky address. Note 1st we have to buy the paper, and then after we have to buy a tape The staff, the lady who standing on the till she is very rude. She even don’t know how to talk. Do not go such a this place like this. Every time you go for collect or return your parcel, you have to pay extra for it for anything. They didn’t provide anything to you not a small thing as well.

Here's a more professional and persuasive version that keeps the criticism firm: I have never experienced such poor and unprofessional customer service. On multiple occasions, a staff member—a short man with glasses—claimed that parcels had not been received, only for me to discover that this was untrue. It appeared that he simply did not want to come out and scan them. When I challenged him about the situation, he responded with profanity, which is completely unacceptable in any customer-facing role. I was also incorrectly informed by another staff member that money deposit services were no longer available through the Post Office system. Providing customers with inaccurate information causes unnecessary inconvenience and undermines trust. The overall standard of service at this branch is extremely disappointing. Customers deserve honesty, professionalism, and respectful treatment, but my experience has been the exact opposite. Management should investigate these issues seriously and ensure that staff are properly trained and held accountable for their conduct. From the owner to the rest of the team, there needs to be a significant improvement in customer service standards. Based on my experience, this branch has failed to provide the level of service that customers should reasonably expect. This version is likely to be taken more seriously by readers and management because it focuses on specific incidents and avoids language that could be dismissed as purely emotional.

Upon stepping into this Post Office it looks and feels nothing like England; incense, elephant and Buddha statues. I do believe that everyone is free to practice their religion and peacefully exist, but a post office is a public service and a work place. Has no place. Same would apply if I'd see a cross or a picture of Jesus, even tho I'm Christian.
