Five days later, the tracking still shows it sitting at this location — it was never dispatched, despite paying for a guaranteed next-day service. I went in person to raise the issue and was met with a dismissive response: staff simply told me to "speak to Royal Mail directly" and refused to take any responsibility, despite the failure clearly originating from this branch, not the onward delivery network. If you want your items to actually be sent, and want to be treated with a basic level of professionalism when something goes wrong, I would steer well clear of this location.
