- HMHeena ModiJan 3, 20205.0The owner is a young down to earth man who is friendly, honest, open and extremely customer focused. Once, I was in his shop when a man came in. He smelled really bad. I caught myself pulling a face. However, the owner behaved, as if he hadn't noticed. He didn't rush or ignore him, but rather treated them with genuine warmth. I also recall going in to send a return but for some reason, I couldn't get access to the QR code on my phone. I think the network was down. He suggested a few things and then let me borrow his laptop so that I could access my email and successfully send the parcel off.
