- CCCJul 29, 20261.0Wow. The man in here (owner?) is so unbelievably rude, unhelpful and unpleasant. Witnessed him tell an elderly customer the other day that he ‘didn’t care what was in his parcel’ when the man was confused about costs. When asked what stamp he needed he replied ‘don’t know’. Will travel further to avoid going here. What’s your problem? Why the attitude? Why do you have / work in a post office only to be awful to people?

You'd think they'd take note from all these negative reviews, but after visiting earlier this week for a Royal Mail return, she clearly hasn't (or doesn't care)! I went in here in a good mood and left angry. I would have told her what I thought of her but was worried she'd sabotage my return. (And she's supposed to be the 'polite one' compared with the ghastly-sounding man named numerously in the other reviews lol.) I love Hampton and there's no room for people like this, running a 'service' some others have no choice but to use. If you can, avoid!

They are always lovely to me and my dog both when I come into the shop and when they see me around. I can see lots of negative reviews here but I think a lot of it is nonsense. The couple who run this shop are gems of Hampton village and they brighten my day, every day. I also think people mistake rudeness for cultural difference. As an Indian female, I have never received misogyny or rudeness from either of the couple that run this shop
