The customer service in there is absolutely disgraceful. I had a large parcel delivered there on friday. They are closed on Saturday. I went back Monday and was told no ID no parcel so i came back today and was told my parcel would have been returned to sender if I didnt collect today as it in a big box which is fair enough it takes up space the man then proceeds to slag me off to another customer right in front of me. I bit my tongue and nothing. As I went to leave I said thank you he rudely ignored me and said yeah whatever. The lady in there is just as rude too I will no longer be using this post office.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Truly abhorrent staff. Customer service is non-existent here. The rudest people working in this post office. I tried to go there to return an Amazon delivery “no box or label required”. As soon as I get there, staff are rude and dismissive from the onset. Then refuses my parcel because it wasn’t in a box? I tried to explain nicely and show him my Amazon refund page which clearly has the post office address and no label or box required notice, but he didn’t even bother looking, kept repeating “I’m not Amazon, go to Amazon counter”. Reported this to Amazon who eventually helped me and said they would deal with the post office, but I’m writing a formal complaint to Royal Mail too. Staff there need to be fired and give the job to someone who actually cares about what they do.

I never give bad reviews to anyone, I believe everyone has their bad days, but I need to come here and talk about the Mount post Office. It's not the first time, and every time I go there, I'm always treated poorly with rude questions. The employee always seems to be in a bad mood, never any friendliness from her or anyone who works there. Terrible service, super unpleasant people. Definitely not recommended. Today was definitely the last time I used their services..

Firstly, the customer service is non existent, both the male and female there are rude and lack any respect for customers. Secondly 3 packages on 3 separate occasions I dropped off to them has gone “missing/lost” and stuck on their system when I check the status it shows that it has not left their store and it’s been 3 times that this has happened so I don’t think it’s coincidence that only my heavy parcels are disappearing through thin air and everything else gets posted? This post office needs to get investigated and have security system in place where all the parcels are being monitored through CCTV! Royal Mail needs to shut this place down or revoke their licence or whatever it is they have so that they no longer use it as “Post Office”
