Absolutely a joke, women over this counter is so Rude, she do not accept most of parcels by excusing (I’m tired, we are busy , we are eating , parcel is too big and etc) We are using different post office now I would not suggest to anyone to visit this post office .. I took a video in number of time from this post office service and all will be send to Royal Mail to close down this Fake post office

Extremely disappointed with the service at this Post Office. Every time I have visited, there seems to be a problem, the branch is closed, there is an unexpected break, or I am left waiting for the staff member to decide when they are ready to reopen.
The staff lady member is often visibly unwelcoming and seems to have very little interest in providing a proper service.
On another occasion, I was served by an elderly man who struggled with even basic English, and I had personal documents to send, but I couldn’t.
At this point, visiting this Post Office has become an unnecessarily frustrating experience, and I will avoid it whenever possible.

This is the worst post office I’ve ever been to. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I went on a Saturday afternoon and was told the post office was closed. Fair enough, I thought. I took a picture of the opening hours and came back on Monday during the hours displayed on the board. I was told again that the post office was closed due to the lunch break but the lady behind the counter was actually there. I pointed out that the hours on the board clearly stated it was open. She told me to come back after 2:30. This should have been reflected on the board to avoid confusion and wasted time.

One of the worst post office I’ve ever been. Rude individual running the shop. I arrived 4.40pm and was refused sending my Amazon parcel saying that post office services not available after 4.45pm. Website clearly states open till 9pm. I would suggest going to Fulwell Park Post Office who are so amazing! They were friendly, helpful and open till late. If I had a choice wouldn’t even give a star to this branch.

Since took another parcel back for Amazon in original package to be told I had to the go home and wrap it etc . Will never use again . So rude never smile etc . Considering it is a post office come shop they should not be running it .
