I had a disappointing experience at this Post Office. The woman at the counter, who claimed to have worked there for over 20 years, initially refused to accept a parcel that had already been correctly prepared and paid for.
Her reason was that I had just sent another parcel to the same address but addressed to a different person. She questioned why two people with different names could receive mail at the same address and expected me to explain their living arrangements and why they use separate postboxes. I found these questions inappropriate and completely irrelevant to accepting a properly addressed, fully paid parcel.
The two parcels had different recipients, different tracking numbers, and different postage amounts. Eventually, she accepted the parcel, but only after unnecessary questioning and delay.
I expect Post Office staff to process correctly prepared and prepaid mail, not to make assumptions about where people live or require customers to justify someone else’s household arrangements. The parcel was ultimately accepted, but the entire interaction was unprofessional, frustrating, and an unnecessary waste of time.

Untrained staff rude and uncaring
All I wanted was stamps..
I had of course made the mistake of forgetting my normal card 💳
Tried to pay with G Pay apparently this is a big deal and caused concern.
Till crashed staff had no idea how to work it or sort the card reader and were acting like it was my fault!
Moved to another till and was forced to use a a normal card that I didn't wish to do as it is not the correct account.
Very rude staff everything would have been OK if only they had cracked a smile or been nicer rather than acted like I had just done this intentionally and was only a burden on them and there lives.
Actual shop keeper is a lovely chap only the post office staff are horrible
