After charging me for the printed label, they then refused to give me just two small pieces of tape to attach it, saying I would need to buy an entire roll of tape instead. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the manager, Joseph, told me “the manager doesn’t allow free tape to be given out” — despite the fact that he is the manager. When I pointed this out, he just giggled instead of addressing the issue professionally. The inconsistency is also frustrating. Some days staff provide tape without any issue, other days they refuse completely. Policies should be clear and applied consistently rather than depending on who you speak to. Overall, their service is unprofessional, inconsistent, and unnecessarily difficult over something as simple as posting a return. I’d honestly recommend using a different local post office if you want a smoother experience and clearer customer service.
