- SNSteve Abu NabJul 3, 20261.0I have used this post office regularly for a few years and I've not had an issue but I recently bought one of their products that was for sale which was an air duster which clearly read on the front air duster use on laptops, keyboards and other electrical equipment. When I took it home, it did not spray air, it kept pumping out liquefied gas on the instructions. It said do not spray the liquefied gas onto any electrical equipment and the product was faulty as it just sprayed liquefied gas every time you used it so I went to return it to the shop and they only gave me half the money back although this was a product that was faulty and he even admitted that they bought it for the shop but it wasn't good so they replaced it with the more expensive one, this is a clear breach of my consumer rights. I showed them proof of purchase and demonstrated it did not work and I only got half the money back, they must be desperate to have to hold onto a few pounds and I'm leaving this review out of principal because I was very reasonable and they were unreasonable with me this is the manager that I spoke to who is usually quite friendly but on this occasion when it came to putting his hand in the pocket to give me money back for a faulty product he sold he refused so I had to walk out.. do not buy the product shown in the photo!
