Today Saturday 9:35 am I face 2 Asian stuff in counters. They like not understand what I asking. And she said if you dont pay stamp we wouldn't know if your latter arrived. What made me confused first class it's not a stamp or what? I understand if you don't pay secure delivery. They don't care. Then in full ignorance she said to other. Could you listen her as I have another customer. In the end she told me I have to do online. Zero tolerance. Those kind people shouldn't work in customer service. If here another post office I wouldn't come to this one. Differently I will do official complaint.
