  I went to collect my parcel this morning and I waited for around 10 minutes before I was served. When I was eventually attended to, I was told that my parcel was out the back. Rather than simply retrieving it, the member of staff appeared extremely reluctant to do so and gave me the clear impression that he could not be bothered to go and get it. I found this attitude completely unacceptable. I had already waited a significant amount of time to be served, and I do not think it is unreasonable to expect a member of staff to make the effort to retrieve a parcel that I had been specifically asked to collect. The issue was not simply the wait; it was the dismissive attitude and lack of willingness to assist once I was finally served. This left me feeling that my custom and my time were not valued.

  Staff did not tell the HUGE queue that we could line up at a second counter where there was a member of staff just standing there staring. He did not inform us and when they suddenly did tell us I ended up pushed out the way by other customers who pushed to be first even though I had waited for ages. They need to inform their customers of which queue is for which service as this was very disheartening. The member of staff did not understand my concern and just said he only knew about it 2 days ago which did not make sense.

  Incompetent, I have had Amazon return parcels go missing several times - Items were tracked as dropped then never given to the courier. The staff are rude and careless. Not a secure post office shameful they are allowed the post office (items are left unlocked on the floor by the queue) This is cheap alcohol and vape shop which sells fake apple goods, not worthy of the royal emblem. Go to another post office + read other local guide reviews on this shop.

  Says Opened on sunday as soon as I arrived to drop off an evri parcel he said " no everi drop offs on sunday" this is incorrect as you should be able to drop off evri anytime. Also no where online did they mentioned this only when got there did they tell me this. Another useless drop off point in brentford

  Very poor customer service. I came to collect three Amazon parcels and was moved between two different queues for no reason. I waited over 30 minutes, only to be told to join another queue after already waiting 10+ minutes. When it was finally my turn, I was told parcel collections had to wait while customers behind me were served. To make matters worse, one parcel couldn't be issued until the cashier from the first counter came over and resolved the issue, meaning I had been sent to the wrong queue unnecessarily. I had also visited the previous day but was told the system wasn't working. The whole experience was disorganised, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I won't be using this location for Amazon parcel collections again. Following my original review, I had to return to the store because it was the only available Amazon return location. Instead of apologising or trying to understand my concerns, a member of staff confronted me about the review I had left. He argued that there was a sign directing customers to the parcel collection counter, but the sign is positioned on the side of the counter and is not clearly visible when entering the store. When I first visited, only one cashier was serving, so I naturally joined that queue. After waiting over 10 minutes, I was told to join another queue. Ironically, the same cashier later had to come over and help issue one of my parcels due to a barcode issue, meaning the delay could have been avoided. Honest customer feedback should be acknowledged professionally, not challenged in person. Unfortunately, this second experience has only reinforced my original impression of the customer service.
