- ASA De SiJul 17, 20261.0Very poor customer service. I came to collect three Amazon parcels and was moved between two different queues for no reason. I waited over 30 minutes, only to be told to join another queue after already waiting 10+ minutes. When it was finally my turn, I was told parcel collections had to wait while customers behind me were served. To make matters worse, one parcel couldn't be issued until the cashier from the first counter came over and resolved the issue, meaning I had been sent to the wrong queue unnecessarily. I had also visited the previous day but was told the system wasn't working. The whole experience was disorganised, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I won't be using this location for Amazon parcel collections again. Following my original review, I had to return to the store because it was the only available Amazon return location. Instead of apologising or trying to understand my concerns, a member of staff confronted me about the review I had left. He argued that there was a sign directing customers to the parcel collection counter, but the sign is positioned on the side of the counter and is not clearly visible when entering the store. When I first visited, only one cashier was serving, so I naturally joined that queue. After waiting over 10 minutes, I was told to join another queue. Ironically, the same cashier later had to come over and help issue one of my parcels due to a barcode issue, meaning the delay could have been avoided. Honest customer feedback should be acknowledged professionally, not challenged in person. Unfortunately, this second experience has only reinforced my original impression of the customer service.
