- MNMartin NolanMay 22, 20261.0I have read numerous negative reviews, and I'm inclined to agree with their lax laid back, & quite honestly unprofessional & disorganised manner in which they conducted service! I experienced a customer who was paying for a pint of milk at the same time as one employee was attempting to scan my return item over the shoulder of the employee taking payment but was unable to as the customer's arm was obscuring his scanning device! When all was done I requested a receipt & was told that I would receive an email. Upon leaving the premises I decided to return & insist upon proof of deposit. Whereupon I was invited to photograph my returns which had been placed in an unsecured box on the shop floor & totally accessible to all the customer's! I have been involved in the highest level of the security & Close Protection Industry for over 20 years! And I am woefully unimpressed. I have another item i need to return but I assure you that I will NEVER be using this location ever again! PRIME have always provided me with a prompt and reliable service upon till now! However you need to carefully review your logistical partners ability to deliver the customer service satisfaction, & level of professionalism that Amazon is known for. While NEVER forgetting, that the reason for my return is because I Have already been disappointed once! And it is a BLATANT INSULT to your customers, to go through that again!
