I was genuinely impressed by the service at this depot. After many bad experiences with other couriers (especially Evri), I didn’t expect much when my parcel was accidentally taken out for delivery instead of being left for collection.
However, the team at the depot was extremely helpful. Even though I was upset and frustrated, they stayed calm, professional, and reassured me they would resolve the issue.
The courier had made a mistake, but the depot acknowledged it and fixed it the very same day. I was honestly surprised when someone from the depot arrived at my door with the parcel — especially since my address isn’t even normally covered by this depot.
Excellent customer service and a truly 5-star experience. Thank you!

Appalling service. Would give 0 stars if I could. Receptionist at the front called Serif is disgusting. Talks to customers like they’re beneath him. Has no manners and behaves as if he doesn’t want to work. Have heard from other customers there that they also don’t like his manner towards customers. Refuses to ship parcels or print any labels, which is odd considering other customers and I have never spoke to him in the way that he speaks to us. Avoid if you don’t want headache when trying to ship your parcel. Been going to ship parcels for my business for over a year & I don’t even write google reviews but honestly after this latest experience I have to let people know the type of characters dhl docklands employ at their front desk. Can’t deal with someone like this. Just ship the parcels and let people go about their day, why make peoples days more difficult? Like I said very appalling service.
