My local post office and I would rather travel to another post office than ever step in old swan one. The older woman used vile disturbing language to myself and daughter gone are the lovely helpful staff now we have the rudest, foul mouthed staff it has ever been my misfortune to meet.

The brown Indian lady at the post office is rude and insulting. She says the owns the place, and insults customers at any opportunity. I mean I have been going to the post office for years and I'm shocked and appalled at how poor the services have become. Never ever stepping foot in there again

Staffs are not customer friendly..Rude in behavior... Not welcoming attitude at all.
Try to employ someone who is competent and who knows how to handle customers.

This post office has the rudest staff I’ve ever met. The post lady is the worst, she refused to help me because I had more than one parcel to send and sent me to another counter. After I saw her doing it to another girl I just decided to treat them with the same attitude I was being given. Such a shame the ladies who used to work on here were always so lovely and helpful. I hate coming here . Her now to post something. Let’s see how it goes 😵💫
Frequently Asked Questions About Old Swan Post Office
How much cash can I withdraw at a Post Office counter?
The amount you can withdraw in a Post Office branch will depend on any withdrawal limits in place on the specific account you hold with your bank. If you’re unsure, please contact your bank directly to check.
Do I get charged for making cash withdrawals at Post Office?
No charges are taken at the counter however some banks may charge.
For details, please check directly with your own bank.
How do I deposit a cheque at Post Office?
To deposit a cheque, you’ll need to bring the following to your nearest branch:
*The cheque
*A completed deposit slip from your bank, if applicable. Please contact your bank to request paying-in slips as these are not held in Post Office branches

Simply hand over your sealed cheque deposit envelope to the Post Office who will provide you with a receipt for your cheque deposit envelope.
Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
