I have been harassed in this shop. I went to do a print of some documents, the guy in the reception is from Pakistan and was speaking in Urdu telling me to get married and have kids, when he realized I understood Urdu he said he was just joking. This is how sexual harassment begins, avoid this place especially if you are a woman. If anybody had similar experiences please report it.

The old woman with black hair behind the counter. Maybe a woman of your age should spend more time getting lessons in customer service instead of putting that ridiculous red highlight in your hair.
I went to hand her a pre-paid Royal Mail parcel and her face HIT THE FLOOR. She told me to MOVE aside so she could help other "paying customers" before helping me. In the end I asked her for my parcel back and told her I'd go elsewhere as her attitude was disgusting. On the way out and in front of other customers she called me a d-head.

Avoid at all costs. The staff here are rude, treat you badly, were unhelpful and didn't know what they were doing. Went with a simple form that the staff (person with red glasses that many people seem to have already have commented on) didn't know how to process, inaccurately told me that I had brought the wrong documents, claimed that what I was saying (and what it says on the form itself) was incorrect and then refused to serve me. Didn't even hand me back any of my documents and I had to fish it back myself through the hand in point at the desk. Went to another nearby Post Office and the staff put my form through completely fine with no problem at all. Wasted my time queuing for ages to only be met with complete incompetence. Never again.
