Extremely disorganized and incredibly rude staff. The service is absolutely terrible. There is a massive queue of customers waiting, yet only one cashier is actually working. The other three people are just swinging around, doing absolutely nothing, and just staring at the customers. The service level is extremely low. Honestly, if I could give them zero stars, I definitely would.

Please teach your staff the postal difference between Northern Ireland & Southern Ireland!
Girl tried to charge me £3.80 to send a card to NI, saying that 'since the Declarations' that's how much it is. While saying she knew NI was postally classed as UK!? Thankfully she 'double checked' and then quoted the correct £1.80!
Just in case that wasn't clear: NI is postally exactly the same as sending within England. Southern Ireland/Eire/'Ireland' (yes, NI is Ireland too!) is 'officially' 'a different country' to the UK, so different postal prices apply when sending there!
There's a great Venn diagram online explaining NI/SI/UK etc. - if you're confused, please look it up!

Visited today to get my ID verification. All good, however there was quite a queue because only two desks were open.
