- AAAbo AsefMay 23, 20261.0Today there was an altercation between a postal worker and a Deliveroo delivery driver. The delivery driver was polite, while the postal worker was extremely rude and used vulgar language. I didn't understand much of his language; he seemed to be a young, short, dark-skinned Arab man with half his mustache shaved. He was very unpleasant. I hope the postal service manager will choose employees with good manners, not the opposite. I've seen all the negative reviews about your office.

Post men don’t refuse large parcels because they can’t be bothered delivering them. Her attitude is disgraceful. Needs a few lessons on how to work with customer service as she clearly doesn’t smile or have a gentle approach.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
