This has been valuable in sending/receiving parcels and to also make use of the Post Office facilities. Due to my working hours it's a place that my parcels can be delivered to securely and the time of opening hours until 9pm is of great service. I have found Jenny the assistant to be very pleasant and helpful, and we need to keep this Post Office on the estate as the nearest one would be Muirhead Ave and even for cash withdrawals it's so handy !! I have found the Post Office to be of great service Thanks Christina
- CEC EbJan 10, 20261.0Agree with the other bad reviews, rude staff with terrible customer service. The sarky reactions to all negative reviews speaks volumes rather than trying to improve. They just close the post office when they feel like and when simply being politely asked when they will be resuming service to see if it’s worth waiting around, they respond with a bad attitude that it’ll take as long as it takes! I’m surprised post office are willing to tarnish their name by allowing these to work under it. Won’t be going back.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
