It does have a reference number not recognised on Royal mail website. I called the Post Office this morning and was met with a very unhelpful woman who was brusque and said she couldn't see my receipt and I needed to get in touch with Royal Mail. She terminated the call and I was left with no more help and guidance from her. A very rude response.
