- IJIan JonesJul 22, 20261.0I had a parcel delivered to this post office for collection. I was notified by Royal Mail that it was delivered, with a photograph as proof of delivery, but when I went to collect the next morning, they told me it wasn't there and denied it had ever been delivered. I made subsequent enquires with the Royal Mail helpline and they told me it had been delivered but was sent back to the north west delivery depot, probably with the outgoing mail by mistake. As it was now registered on their system as delivered, they wouldn't be redelivering it again, and would likely be returned to sender at some point. I am now waiting for a parcel I should have had days ago with no idea when I'll receive it, if at all, because of their incompetence. I won't be using them again.
