Unfortunately things didnt go as smoothly as hoped but she appeared unfazed and caring towards me. My SINCERE THANKS to this lady ( dont know if she is a staff member or P.O. Mistress but dont care she was so caring.

Recently I was in the queue when Bernie was helping an elderly gentleman with a problem with a bill that he needed to pay. It took her a while, but she stayed focused and didn’t give up until she had resolved the issue. The shop is also open on Sundays, 8am to 1pm, which is really useful for sending parcels. Please carry on with the great service 🙏
