Absolutely disgusting grieving the loss of my dad and went to post his ashes for an item of jewellery I’m having made. The post office clerk DEBORAH seems to think it’s acceptable asking what the parcel contained in a shop full of people! She claims her job is to ask! That is one major lie and her tactic for being nosey! The clerk is insensitive a not fit for customer service . A post office clerk don’t have a right to be pure blank nosey other than checking the value of the item! I posted at spar and wasn’t asked what it contained of. I then went to ask the person serving LISA what the clerks name was for her to ignore and chat to another member of staff that wasn’t working an in the que! If you have ever been made to feel intimidated please follow a complaint with Royal Mail, or trading standards if it’s the shop as nothing is took serious from the owner. I hope Jesus be with you always
