The staff didn't know what I was asking. Tried scanning it , weighing it and then told me I had the wrong label on it even though I had printed it directly from ebay. I went to Nettleham post office who accepted it with no problems. Are these staff qualified to run a post office? Won't be going back here. Disappointed. n ebay

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
