Need more than one person serving, The queues are ridiculous and takes so long to serve one customer, probably not the assistants fault but get more staff

The new post office is now situated in the Spar shop across the road since the old one closed down , it now only has 1 counter so there’s always a queue , staff are nice enough

I was verbally attacked by another member of the public no staff helped or told me I was queuing in the wrong place I was 2 mtrs away from the person in front, but when it was my turn to move forward someone from outside told I was queuing in the wrong and had to outside . His tone left me very shaken and upset, I always try and abide by rules but the signs only say 2 mtrs which I was, yes maybe I was in wrong the place but staff had passed me several times in my 20 min wait and not said anything won't use again. Don t feel safe and it's a shame because the staff are generally lovely.
