- TKTracy KnowlesApr 2, 20211.0I was verbally attacked by another member of the public no staff helped or told me I was queuing in the wrong place I was 2 mtrs away from the person in front, but when it was my turn to move forward someone from outside told I was queuing in the wrong and had to outside . His tone left me very shaken and upset, I always try and abide by rules but the signs only say 2 mtrs which I was, yes maybe I was in wrong the place but staff had passed me several times in my 20 min wait and not said anything won't use again. Don t feel safe and it's a shame because the staff are generally lovely.
