She went out of her way to assist us, making several phone calls to see what she could do. We had been scammed and we're trying to stop the package being delivered to the scammer and drove 4 hours to Lincolnshire to do this. Diana and the gentleman that worked there were kind enough to offer us refreshments as well as allow us to use their facilities. We spent several hours there and are so grateful for their kindness and help. Goes to show that there a genuinely good people in this world! Thank you Diana ❤️
