I very rarely compalin about shops, I know how challanging retail can be but The Oval Post Office on Nettleham Fields have the most incompetent staff / owners I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, how they are still in business is beyond me. Will never ever step inside that brance again.

Finally open and is now being run by really lovely friendly people. Was a pleasure going in there after the rude people who worked there before

Rude lady, not willing to help me. I needed a large bag to post something in, she told me I needed to get one from the stand next to me and then pay for it at the newsagents till and then queue in the post office queue all over again. When I couldn’t find the large bag I asked if she had anything similar, answer was just a plain “no”. Not friendly at all, wouldn’t return again

Rude staff some chew chewing gum whilst serving. Shop looks like a junk shop, no pride in appearance
