  Very rude staff, came 9:15am, the lady said I need to wait 20mins ,so she sort other things out in the shop first

  Very rude staff in one stop post office on the Ermine East not very friendly and/or helpful at all - I do try to avoid it but sometimes needs must - never had a positive experience in this shop

  Staff are rude and unhelpful, literally laughed in my face when I asked what my options were to deal with one of their mistakes. Also for whatever reason they dont keep to their official opening times as posted on here or in the store.
