I think all the previous reviews are for the sub post office as I recognise the 'Postmasters' style from my visits there.. That premises is no longer used (thank the lord) and some postal services are now available at the Library at Cherry Willingham Parade..[just trying to ease confusion]

Only been once, to send off 3 large packages. Not too experienced with sending off large packages but still the man in there offered no help whatsoever and seemed annoyed with me the moment I walked in. Won't be going again, much easier to go to the Carlton Centre's Co-op Post Office... where they know what customer service is.

Laughbale how rude the guy is. I went to post two 'recorded delivery' letters and he rolled his eyes!
I only use this if I'm desperate, I'd rather drive to the Burton Road one......

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
