- LDLuke DentonMay 14, 20265.0As a trading card vendor I use their services multiple times weekly if not daily and the staff are always well mannered and happy to help. Not sure what other reviewers are expecting from their local post office in regards to seating and services (hotel treatment from reading some reviews) but I show up, I post my letters and I leave, usually quite quickly too. The queue system is not slower than the ticket system, if anything I have noticed I get seen faster than previously. Still an excellent post office with excellent staff and service.

- SLShena LouiseApr 25, 20261.0After completing a dbs check online I was asked to go in to verify my identity. I picked Grimsby P.0, the nearest one and travelled the 10+ miles to do so. On arrival the rather rude and abrupt member of staff said I needed an appointment, said she didn't have time to do it. A complete waste of my time. This should have been stated online. Also the long queue didn't bother me, but I feel sorry for any elderly/ disabled person having to stand and wait, now they've removed the seating. I contacted Barton post office and they are willing to see me without an appointment and the staff were a lot more pleasant and professional to deal with.
