Went to this place 2 days in a row to pick up parcel, had a good encounter initially with a kind lady who explained I had missed the time to pick up my parcel and to come back tomorrow. The day after had an unfortunate experience with a rude and negligent member of staff, i tried to explain to her the name was different on the parcel as I was collecting for a friend she demanded for ID and cut me off when trying to explain. Then after she had checked it I tried to explain and was told to " keep quiet". Not happy with the demeanor of the staff member and hope this dosen't happen to other people. Would give it a 1 star but the first lady was very kind and polite.
