Service was down and had been for 5 weeks plus with no knowledge of when it would be and also no clear knowledge of what other post offices locally that could do this service. Just pushed to use their paper service. Really unprofessional in their approach considering they have been aware of this problem for some time now.

A really large queue to be served at the desk. Thankfully, our parcel was already labelled and stamped, so we used the self service. A great implementation! Saved us a lot of time, we were glad not to be stuck in that queue. Staff seemed friendly when we enquired about the self service, they were probably pleased to not have to deal with anymore customers in their queue!
