  Really pleasant and efficient guy working alone at this post office today, having to do 3 jobs at once counter service, banking, parcel couriers and receiving deliveries while being pleasant and helpful to customers. . It must be really difficult to have to continue being pleasant and helpful when a few miserable people stand in the queue in front of him grumbling and glaring at him and making audible comments. I’m sure if he was able to get someone at another till he would, would make his job easier, he won’t decide management policies about staffing. The few miserable people amongst the many nice folks who use this post office have been making derogatory and grumbling for years about various people working there, looking at previous reviews. There’s often no pleasing some miserable people who seem to think they deserve some kind of special treatment over everyone else or expect someone to drop everything for them when there are a number of responsibilities all at once and when someone is trying to do their job properly for people and be helpful. I say thanks for being so pleasant and helpful while doing a number of things alone without assistance. Some ungrateful, miserable people have nothing better to do than try and put downers on people who are obviously doing an honest days work well and providing a service.Go somewhere else, ( then you could grumble about the distance you have to travel).

  It took 30 mins to be served on Monday afternoon, why wasn't someone put on other till to help out, I'm disabled and cannot stand for long, guy behind till never looked up once to see how big queue was, plus in-between he served parcel service and postal service keeping everyone waiting. Customer service non existant.

  Great service from the chap at the post office - really helpful and efficient and all delivered with a smile - wish all post offices were like this.

  Went to the post office on dysart road the other day, noticed a new male manager who was working with the blonde lady who is lovely. He left her to deal with a long queue and when he eventually came back after doing a whole lot of nothing. He was slow. Inexperienced or lazy I couldn’t quite tell. Not the person id expect as a manager!
