The shop is brilliant never had a problem but the post office on the other hand is terrible. I can never get what I need or cannot do what I need and always get told to try somewhere else. Not convenient as I already have to travel 9 miles from the next village.

They are so rude in this post office 3 times i have had to go there and everytime i stand waiting for ages for someone to even come to the counter.
When they do finally serve you, they can't even talk to you as they do it, no hello or please or thank you. They point at the weighing scales and then snatch the parcel off you. And the shop absolutely stinks. I have no idea why anyone would actually buy food from there!
They have a captive audience, that can be the only reason they can stay open as there is not another post office in rural Lincolnshire close so they get away with being rude.
Manners cost nothing, if you hate running a shop don't rent one!
