Instead of offering basic customer service, the staff were dismissive and rude from the moment I asked for help. What made it worse was hearing the comments they made about me when they thought I couldn’t hear them. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable, just a bit of assistance with packaging, something many post offices handle without issue. Instead, I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. It’s disappointing to be treated that way, especially in a place that’s supposed to serve the community.

Full marks for a thoroughly friendly and professional service with a smile. Sally Ann and her great team always give you a warm welcome and go out of their way to assist you. Serving the public in the retail world can, at times, be a difficult task, but the staff here do it as well, if not better, than any post office I've ever used. It's vitally important hub in the community and it deserves to be supported.
