Instead of offering basic customer service, the staff were dismissive and rude from the moment I asked for help. What made it worse was hearing the comments they made about me when they thought I couldn’t hear them. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable, just a bit of assistance with packaging, something many post offices handle without issue. Instead, I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. It’s disappointing to be treated that way, especially in a place that’s supposed to serve the community.

I however do not understand why they offer parcel collection with such stupid time windows. I had a Vinted parcel delivered here, it arrived on Friday the 07/11 in the morning, I was working this day so could not collect it, Saturday I was also working and they are open until 1230 hrs, so did not collect. Then Sunday they are completely closed! Monday the 10th arrives and the day I type this, in the morning at 0854 I received a notification saying the parcel is being returned. This is just after they have opened. So I had the smallest time window ever to collect the parcel! I am frustrated and won’t be using them again for collections.
