- SMstephen marshJun 2, 20261.0Just finished work and took a parcel in for Evri collection. 2nd June. Refused to take it in as he said Evri already collected today. Asked to leave for collection when Evri comes back. He stated 'No it's to big'!!! Which it wasn't. What a complete waste of time! Rude. If your not going to take parcels in then maybe should stop being an Evri collection point!!
- LBLucy BurrowsMay 5, 20261.0Possibly the worst corner shop in Stamford. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and the service was genuinely shocking! If I could give it -1 star, I would. Collecting a parcel should be one of the simplest tasks: match a name, address, and order number… somehow, this was turned into a slow, frustrating experience. You are the ones offering a parcel collecting service so I suggest training your staff and reminding them it’s their job to offer this service. Being polite and respectful to customers costs nothing, and it makes a huge difference.

Then he was talking to his colleague in his native tongue which made us feel uncomfortable, which we then felt he was talking/moaning about us. Apologies if this is your job!

Since they moved the shop around the aisles are so close together you’ll need to have a new prescription for your glasses just to focus on the products. The post office is a nightmare… always huge queues because they don’t seem to know what they’re doing. We had a parcel go missing, then appeared from another courier, I suspect they put it in the wrong bag. I’ve just bought some trifles which were two days out of date and smelled dodgy when opened… I’ll not bother again. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Merry Christmas.
